On Friday, November 6, 2020, William A. Willner (Bill) passed away unexpectedly at the young age of 58.
Bill was born in Oakland California on March 30, 1962 to his parents William F. Willner and Catherine Willner. He has one sister, Stacey Willner, who is 7 years younger than him and lives in Farmington, New Mexico.
Bill’s family lived in Newark, California until 1979 and then moved to Newport Washington to be with family. Bill graduated from Newport High School in 1980.
Bill met his wife, Monique Solorio, on a blind date and they married 2 years later in 1986. They have two daughters, Cassandra & LaRosa, two dogs, Nikko & Cali and two granddogs, Princess & Gomez.
Bill worked for Tracy Unified School District for 36 years and was the Director of Maintenance and Operations for over 15 years. So many people respected Bill and enjoyed working with him including those from the City of Tracy, Fire & Police Department and others in the Tracy community.
Bill enjoyed boating and camping with friends and family. He liked bringing his Dodge Challenger to the Cars & Coffee event in town, loved watching car shows and 49er football, along with John Wayne movies.
Bill is preceded in death by his mother, Catherine Willner and survived by his wife, Monique of 34 years and his grown daughters Cassandra and LaRosa. He also leaves behind his Father, William F. Willner, sister Stacey Willner and the members of the Cracraft family. His Father & Mother-in-Law Robert and Ingrid Solorio, Brothers & Sisters-in-Law Roy and Laura Solorio, Peggy DiPrima, and Bobby Solorio, along with a neice and two nephews.
Bill will always be remembered as the man with the kind soul and caring heart who would help someone in need; he will never be forgotten.

Visitation will be held Friday, December 4, 2020 from 12:00 - 2:00pm
