Kelli Noel Crawford

Kelli Noel Phillips-Locatelli, born December 22nd, 1968 in Tracy, CA., left us at the age of 50, February 8th, 2019.

Kelli was an inspiration to all who were graced enough to know her. Her strength, resiliency, and encouragement provided enormous impact to literally thousands of people’s lives. A favorite thought from her mother, Dianne, describes Kelli’s natural charisma and vivacious personality, “In a social setting, everyone wanted to sit at Kelli’s table.”

Kelli is survived by her son, Tyler Creighton Locatelli & her daughter, Marley Dianne Locatelli; her mother, Dianne Joy Phillips; her brother, John Richard Phillips II; her father John Richard Phillips; her Uncle & Aunt, Patrick & Rebecca Frame; her nieces, Jordan Leigh Masen & Haylee Elizabeth Phillips & nephew, Nathan Robert Phillips, & other close family whom she deeply loved.

Kelli was an Entrepreneur, Motivational Speaker, Social Media Expert, Mentor, Life Coach, & “Surthrivalist”.

Kelli traditionally loved to spend her time surrounded by family enjoying backyard barbeques, immersing herself in music, snow-skiing, water sports, hiking, and walking along the beach.
