James R. Feeley, 67, passed away on October 21, 2019. He was born June 24, 1952 in Illinois and has resided in Tracy for the past 30 years. A Celebration of Life will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 9, 2019 at Fry Memorial Chapel. Burial will be private.
