Hope Elizabeth Granados

It is with great sadness that the family of Hope Granados (Palomarez) of Ceres, Ca, announces her passing. On Monday, February 12, 2018, Hope, wife, loving mother, grandmother, daughter and sister, passed away suddenly at the age of 65 years. She was the daughter to Julian Palomarez and the late Pauline Palomarez. Hope will be forever remembered by her husband Felipe Granados and three children Paula J. (husband Oscar) Alvarez, Felipe Palomarez and Regina Granados, granddaughter Paula E. Alvarez, twin grandsons that she was eager to welcome into the world May 2018, and sisters Diane (husband Chris) Thomas, Pinky (husband Charlie) Wallis, Elaine Palomarez, Vivian Sonia Basurto and brother Arturo (wife Crystal) Buitron, nephews and nieces Lisa (husband Brad) Miles, Juli King, Allyson Wallis, Denise Preston, Ana Buitron, Emily Buitron, Roman Buitron and numerous loving relatives and friends.
Hope was a long time resident of Tracy, Ca and graduated class of 71’ from Tracy High School. She was a mom that went above and beyond to make certain she gave her children the absolute best lives. Her beloved dogs will also be lost without her. Hope enjoyed cooking and her love for the kitchen is reflected on her Facebook feed. She had a passion for music, liked dancing, shopping (chasing sales ads), watching movies and loved to host and entertain. She made many lifelong friends and will be remembered by her fun, lively, outgoing personality.
The family thanks everyone for their love and support.
Fry Memorial Chapel, 550 South Central Avenue, Tracy, is honored to serve the Granados family. Family will be Welcoming Friends on Tuesday, February 20th at the funeral home from 6:00 - 9:00 pm, with a Rosary at 7:00 pm. A Memorial Mass will follow at 1:30 pm on Wednesday, February 21st at St. Bernard’s Catholic Church, 163 West Eaton Avenue, Tracy. Hope will be laid to rest private.
