Cynthia “Cindy” Logo
The room light was turned off for the last time as Cindy Logo, 62, passed away peacefully on Monday, March 20th, 2017 at the Tracy Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. Cindy was born to the late Pedro J. Logo and Daisy Logo Grijalva on March 24, 1954 in San Francisco, CA. From an early age, Cindy valiantly fought chronic health issues. Her deep inner strength and courage allowed her to live life to its fullest. She graduated from Lowell High School in San Francisco and earned a Master’s Degree from California State University Hayward. Cindy lived in San Francisco and San Leandro before relocating to Tracy in 2008. Her dry wit and quick comebacks made her a popular customer at her favorite Tracy eatery, Denny’s. How she loved their coffee. As an avid San Francisco Giants’ fan, she rarely missed an Opening Day: shopping at The Dugout then watching the game at The Hard Rock Cafe at Pier 39 with her brother, sisters and niece.
Left behind is Cindy’s spoiled dog, Bobbie, who she often referred to as her “daughter.” Since moving to her neighborhood, she and Bobbie would regularly sit at her garage door and greet anyone who went by. She will be missed by all who knew her.
Cindy is survived by three sisters and a brother: Annette Morgan (Zane Sr) of Tracy, Jeannette Parker (Dean Fajardin) of Hayward, Rosita Logo of Pittsburg and Benjamin Logo of Pittsburg. Also surviving are Cindy’s nieces Danielle Berrios, Alani Logo-Lee, and Athena plus three nephews: Zane Morgan Jr (Rosa), Godson Delair Morgan Sr, and Forrest Morgan Sr (LaQueta) in addition to seven grand-nephews and two grand-nieces plus her Aunt Yolanda Pronio and numerous cousins.
